Sharing & Data Use

Share the music. Respect the work.

920 JAM was created to make live music throughout Northeast Wisconsin easier to discover.

We encourage you to share performances with friends, link to our Artist and Venue pages, and help spread the word about local musicians and the places supporting them.

Sharing music information

Individual performance details, including Artists, Venues, dates and times, are facts about the local music scene. We don’t claim exclusive ownership of those facts.

You’re welcome to share individual listings, discuss upcoming performances and direct others to 920 JAM. When sharing information found here, we appreciate a link back to 920jam.com.

Schedules can change, so checking the original source is always a good idea.

Respecting the work behind 920 JAM

920 JAM brings together information from many independent sources and invests considerable effort in organizing, reconciling and maintaining a useful regional music guide.

Our original website design, software, branding, artwork and editorial content deserve the same respect as other original creative work. Third-party artwork and content remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.

We ask that you not use systematic automated extraction or bulk copying to reconstruct substantial portions of 920 JAM’s assembled listings, create a substitute version of the service, or circumvent technical measures protecting the website.

Making information publicly viewable does not mean we offer our assembled service as a bulk data feed.

This does not prevent anyone from independently researching performances, using publicly available facts, or obtaining information from the original sources.

Interested in using our information more broadly?

We’re open to constructive relationships that support local music.

If you’d like to collaborate, discuss larger-scale reuse or propose another way to make this information useful, please contact us through the website.

Our goal is simple: Help people find the music, support the scene and respect the work that makes it possible.
