Made for music
A Moog synthesizer system used by Gershon Kingsley was built in 1967 in Trumansburg, New York. Early modular synthesizers made electronic sound generation a visible part of live performance as well as studio work. Gershon Kingsley composed the electronic instrumental Popcorn on his Moog synthesizer in 1969.
