Instrument story

Veteran Gibson executive Ted McCarty became an important mentor to guitar maker Paul Reed Smith. PRS introduced its McCarty model in 1994 as a tribute to Ted McCarty's influence on American guitar design. Paul Reed Smith's Dragon 2000 was created around the turn of the millennium as a showcase of guitar making and inlay work.
